Your 60-night guarantee

Your legal right to cancel (Iceland/EEA customers)

Separately from our guarantee, if you are a consumer based in Iceland or elsewhere in the EEA, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, under EEA distance-selling rules. To exercise this right, contact us within 14 days of delivery. You'll then need to return the item within 14 days of telling us, in a resalable condition where reasonably possible for hygiene items.
