We sell an anti-snoring mouthpiece. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are provided in good faith; we reserve the right to correct errors and to limit order quantities.

Our product is a comfort/lifestyle device. It is not a medical device certified to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition, and nothing on this site constitutes medical advice. If you have a diagnosed sleep disorder (such as sleep apnoea), consult a healthcare professional before use.

Orders and pricing

All prices are displayed in Icelandic króna (ISK) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as shown at checkout. We currently sell exclusively to customers in Iceland. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Imanov LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of Iceland, which may also apply and cannot be waived.
